Ladies and Gentlemen
Those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer seem to keep on going. Enjoy them while you can.
On Monday September 21st at 7:00 pm, the Council Poverty Committee will meet. (Speak at Discretion of Chair). The Committee will get down to defining the poverty needs in our community after a quiet summer.
Tuesday the 22nd sees the vote on whether to terminate Site 41 or not. The discussion takes place at County Council in Midhurst starting at 9:00 am.
On Wednesday the 23rd, Midland Area Reading Council holds its AGM at the Honda Showroom on King St. at 7:00 pm.
Thursday September 24th at 11:45 is the special luncheon of the Huronia Communities Foundation at the NSSRC recognizing their retiring President John Gammell. An RSVP is required.

Two closing notes:
- The Town has received a notice of Appeal to the OMB respecting our recent decision on the rezoning affecting the proposed liquor store.
